Decidí que los viernes el post iría dedicado a recetas de
cocina, asi que hoy os traigo una que a mí me encanta y una amiga que la probó
en Ibiza cuando vino a verme, me pidió la semana pasada que la haga y os la
muestre, pues ahí va, espero que os guste.
I decided
that Friday`s post would be devoted to recipes. So today I bring one recipe
that I love it and a friend who tasted it in Ibiza when she came to visit me,
told me last week that I make it and I`ll show it for you. I hope you enjoy it.
SPAGUETTI A LA CARBONARA
SPAGUETTI CARBONARA
INGREDIENTES / INGREDIENTS:
Spaguetti / Spaguetti
Setas y Champiñon / Mushrooms
Bacon / Smoked Bacon
Nata para cocinar / Cream
Laurel / Bay leaves
Orégano / Oregano
Pimienta negra / Black pepper
Salsa de soja / Soya sauce
PREPARACIÓN / MAKING

We cook the
spaghetti in water with a little
oil, salt and bay leaves, while
the spaghetti cook, we fry in a pan, mushrooms
and when the mushrooms are already, we add bacon and we remove, after we add
cream and we removed again and we have to add oregano and black pepper, you
have to add a few drops of soya sauce too (this makes the taste of the cream
isn`t strong) and finally we add the spaguetti we remove all and the lunch is
ready for eat!!
