Bueno días, ya es viernes y este fin de semana es más largo
porque el lunes es fiesta y hacen puente, yo me he venido a Cuenca a pasar el
puente con mi familia y visitar a mis amigos que hacía más de un mes que no
venía.
Como cada viernes, me toca hacer una nueva receta y como
estoy en Cuenca, hoy cocino yo para toda la familia, le he robado la receta a
mi madre y si os gusta el chorizo, esta receta os encantará y es muy sencilla
de hacer.

As every Friday it`s ricepe time!. Being at home means I`m cooking for the whole family. I stole thiss recipe from my mother and if you enjoy "chorizo" (spanish sausage) you are gooing to love it. Also, it is very easy to make.

ARROZ CON CHORIZO / CHORIZO RICE
INGREDIENTES / INGREDIENTS:

Pimiento rojo en conserva / Canned Red Pepper
Ajo / Garlic
Tomate / Tomato

En una sartén con aceite caliente se fríe un poco el
chorizo, a continuación se le añade el ajo y cuando estos ingredientes estén
dorados, se le añade el pimiento (que al ser en conserva está ya hecho) y el
tomate natural triturado, cuando esté todo frito, se le añade agua hasta cubrir
los ingredientes y también se le añade el caldo que tienen los pimientos en la
lata (pues esto hace que intensifique el sabor) se le echa una pastilla de
avecrem de ave o ave con verduras y un poquito de colorante, dejamos que entre
en ebullición para echar el arroz y le damos vueltas. Dejamos unos 15 minutos a
que el arroz se cueza y ya está listo para comer.
Put some oil in a pan and fry the "chorizo" (spanish sausage). them add some garlic and when everything is brown add some red canned pepper and some crushed tomatoes. When all that is done you need to add water until all the ingredients are covered.
Also add the liquid inside the canned peppers to that mix. Them a chicken bouillon cube and a dash of food coloring, We leave that until it boils and once that happens we add the rice (1cup for person) and stir. Wait 15min aprox. Check the rice to see if it`s correctly boiled. And it is ready to eat!!

que están muy buenas y son muy sencillas de hacer y además son muy sanas.
